Making rules for offtopic forum

any suggestion on sub forums etc structuring blah blah blah you know the drill

well, "it news" might be a nice ideea, a movie section, maybe games and so on...

anyway it'll be best to build the thread as it grows(that way no unnecessary subthreads will be created)

i just wanted an offtopic forum when shit trail off the subject im not gonna use this forum that much cause i have no interest in talking about stuff that isn't related to this forum i got other forums for chit chatting
