well it's sad when ppl don't know what adc really is, but gives a vote.
rmdc is very old and it's not able to do anything in adc at all
it affects dc++ core 0.68+

well in all honesty you where not completely off since ADC was implemented in 0.4x series but as well but it wasn't functional so u wasn't that completely wrong. Still Mythrael your idea is correct about giving heads up before cutting off completely.

0.4xx and even versions prior to 0.69 are quite incompatible with current adc specs. IIRC 0.4x had only CID ( no PID or SID ) and more ...
About the warning to change client, the general user psychology is don't change until you're actual forced to. So people usually don't read warning messages or say that their client still works for a while so there is no urgent upgrading reason...
