Groups Suggestion

I see that there can be more groups on the portal. Can there be a group for some project? Perhaps the DSHub group, where I could be the leader and assign ranks etc to some other members, also have a subforum for this.
Also, some group about people actually knowing the adc protocol and who can give information about it ?
