ADCPortal reborn

ADCPortal has experienced in the last days the most critical point of it's existence. Being hit again hard by the flooders almost had the site shut down. Toast was on the point of giving up, as were all of us. However, I tried registering ADCPortal on SourceForge in the case they will provide hosting for our project.

Even though is not releasing anything or producing actual software, ADCPortal provides people with free and open documentation to the protocol via the forum and the wiki, and also documentation to all the projects involved in the community ( Luadch, RSX++ , ADCH++, AML are just some names that spring to my mind now ).

We want to thank a lot Catalin for his effort on rebuilding the site on the new hosting and his work on temporary hosting the site on such attack waves that hit the host ( the big amount of packages even completely destroyed a router, not even the reset would bring it back ).

So the main idea is that we're back and this time to stay. And we also want to thank SourceForge for providing a great hosting. And not to forget, a cheer up for the one man that did all he could for this site, that is, Toast
