Embla

So i wanted to take some time and talk about Embla a Build Tool for java that hold protocol implementation for both NMDC and ADC, This tool could be useful for all java developers interested in ADC and NMDC. Think its nice of CyB to release Embla, this library package will ensure the development of ADC.

The license for Embla is GPL v3 which aslo is a good thing since im a fan of GPL 3
