Uploads do not complete

When i upload a file to someone, it will get to 100%, "finish" but their client won't save the file and their download will restart at either 0% or ~100%.

I have upwards of 50 instances of one file being sent to the same person in my finished uploads window.

These are not SFV files.

0.401a has been out for a while now.

Do you mean that there are no SFV files for the files you're downloading? Look in your Download Queue at the error column. (Errors are not saved across DC++ sessions.)
