Drive Full

If the target harddrive is full and the unfinnished download directory is on another harddrive, the file that finnished downloading on the free drive gets left in the unfinnished donwload directory with the strange temporary file name. Maybe have dc++ rename the file as completed or create a text file that says which files are completed but filed to copy.
