Visual Studio 6 and before are unsupported (because of people's difficulty in compiling correctly on this platform, lack of standards compliance, and because nobody has a copy of VS6 to maintain project files).

Try the project files from a previous version, modified by adding the new cpp/h files from DC++ since that version.
