MySQL hublist

Why not start to support DCTC to connect to a MySQL database to download the hublist.
It is very rare that you ever wish to use the whole list and with a database it would be posible to just ask for the relevant part of the list...
Like hubs with more than 100users but less than 150users where the hubname starts with muffro.
This would relly help out the hublist servers that battle with high bandwith problems.
This should ofcourse not replace the support for the normal text and bz2 based lists but work paralely until the database support on the servers are common enough.
