In my oppinion you should be banned from this forum for making a topic like that.

Asking for a faking tool on this forum is just plain stupid, if you'd read anything here before you posted you'd have known that....
There's nothing wrong with what you want to do, just the way you want to do it...
Download the public hublist, and connect to as many hubs as you want. Keep in mind a lot of hubs have rules about how many hubs you can connect to, these rules should be followed, you have no 'right' to connect, you're being invited as a guest, be courteous. Most hubs list their rules in the description, so skip the ones whose rules you can't meet, you'll only get kicked out anyway and in most cases you won't be allowed back ever.
The reason a lot of hubs have a maximum number of hub connections is upload slots. Each client brings two things to the table, a list of files they can share and upload bandwidth which is divided into 'n' slots.
When you are connected to a lot of hubs the competition for one of your slots is higher, so while you may be sharing lots of legitimate files the chances of a user on a specific hub getting a slot so they can download one of those files is very small. Which means that your contribution to that hub is very small.
