queue waiting time and position

kind of like the "sends" and "queues" options in mIRC. but for DC++. i've always been pissed ad waiting like hours and hours for the user with the largest amaount of data shared and only has 2 upload slots. please put this in v0.25

What queue?

I'm afraid there is no queue in DC++. As soon as a slot comes available it's first come first served.
