Some files are hashed every time I start DC++?!

Drop a note here when you delete a post and so on so we can keep track of troublemakers...

Some files are hashed every time I start DC++?!

Hi,

I have a problem with some files being hashed every time I start DC++...
Some avi files and some rar files. No errors are reported in the log screen.
Anybody knows how to fix this? I'm absolutely sure the files haven't changed.
TIA!

P.S I use version 0.691 on winXP SP2

If there is no error message, see if the files are hidden, or if there's anything special about their name or location.

no, nothing special...
For example I have the series "The Unit". 13 episodes in the same folder, all the same avi format and not hidden or write only or any other attribute. All same naming format: The.Unit.S01E01.HDTV.XviD till The.Unit.S01E13.HDTV.XviD
For some reason every time episodes 8, 9, 12 and 13 are rehashed.
