downloads won't continue

Lately i've been ahving problems with downloads that won't continue. Everything worked fine till about last week.

I can do everything and start downloading but when i close dc++ and restart it the downloads will start over. I've noticed they remain in my download que as 0b downloaded. While i can download movies they jsut have to finish all the way which is annoying with 1gb+ files.

I've tried downloading 0.69 but it didn't change anything. this jsut started happening last week.

i turn off my firewall when using dc++ so i can't figure out what it is.
I did a forum search and cant find anyone with the same problem.
