[Help]Setting-up my Own DC++ Server?

Hi Guys,

How do I set up my own DC ++ Server using Window Server 2003 ?

Is there any documentations that's are available in the net will teach how to do ur own DC++ Hub? I have searched actually, but no luck.

Any hellp, will be highly appreciated.
