Autogrant slot for files <xxx Kb

It would be nice if i could automaticly grant slots for users who request files smaller than 1 or 2 Mb

At the moment i think it's set to 64kb. But i agree, an option to increase this would be nice. :)

Already there: settings > advanced > experts only > minislot size

(only allows three extra granted slots max, except for operators wanting to download)
