My Hub Isnt Getting Pinged Can Someone Help Please

Hi for the past 3 weeks now i have not been able to get on the dreamlands public list it is not being able to ping my hub i can get on the public hublist but it hasnt been coming in to ping the hub . i changed firewalls that made no difference at all the only thing that has changed is my internet service i upgraded to 1.5meg i am tottaly lost as to what to do any suggestions would be grateful. as im pulling my hair out now thank u

If you have a non hub machine try do cmd command

tracert YourHubIP

Or PM me your hub IP and I can try it from my machine

I have the motorola surfboard SB4200 modem..we have2 pc's in the network with this 1 directly connected to internet.. the modem is usb connected and the network is ran through 2 network cards via cat5 cable...my isp is telewest communications with the 1.5mb service and never changed at upgrade except for the speed....both pc's are running genuine windows XP home edition.
