Sims 2, add your own music?

Does anyone know how i can play my own music in sims 2?Or maybe someone know how i can open .package files??the music in sims 2 is added by category (metal,rnb,techno,etc) in .package file.

Yes i did but i can't find nothing.And i don't know how to create a package.
