Hello,
Say, for instance, I have a DSL connection and a cable modem connection. I want to be able to use both at once for DC++. No problem with uploads, I can just share out stuff on another DC++ instance. But when downloading, It would be great for both ISPs to be downloading different segments of the file at the same time, and have everything just work.

This is trivial if you use two connections to the hub, each bound to one NIC - well, except for the working on the same file part. (I don't think DC++ handles multiple NICs too well though). It might be possible to listen on both interfaces and send a the IP of the one that you didn't use to connect in a $ConnectToMe, but if I were a hub writer, I'd flag and deny such requests (to prevent people from using others to DoS a 3rd party).
How's having two connections not a problem for uploads? I don't see it...
Have you searched the RFE forum on Sourceforge yet? If this isn't an entry, you might want to make one. In a couple months, this thread might be really hard to find when someone's earching for a feature to add.
