Hiding DC

Is it possible to hide the connections used for DC. due to the new developt equipments in sweden, caled "Packetlogic"

It tracks and slowdown filesharing traffic from the internetsupplyers lines, thats why it sometimes have been hard to get good speed from some of the HI speed users in sweden.

I wonder if it is possible to hide the DC connections between the users and maby call them webcam, who alsow takes alot off bandwith. so the programs can't track that your filsharing?
