Help with scripts please......

I have just started my own hub and need help how do i make myself and my other OPs have the key beside their name? At the moment anyone can come in and call themselves 'OP'.
I am currently running VB script, do i need to change it to another tht allows OPs and admin?

You can make a person op by registring his name and set his userlevel to op in the hubsoftware.
