adsl/dsl can not get my hub

is there any script to help me becauce some adsl/dsl users can not connect to my dc hub it keeps telling the users conection timed out
i have not got a fire wall running nether does the users tryin to connect to the hub. is there anything i am doing wrong

please can anyone help

for all users or some can enter ?
your hub, is run on a routable IP or a non routable IP(LAN) ?

do your ISP force you to use a proxy to have internet access ?

i have around 60 users per day in my hub that can connect ok most of them and dial up or are on cable but 2 users cannot connect and they are on adsl / dsl i am on a cable modem with no fire wall because the fire wall gave me problems with users not conecting to my hub

i have a fixed ip address and it just runs off the one computer

It may not be on your end. It could be that the DSL users in question are having their ports blocked, either by their ISP or by their own firewalls / routers.

The first thing to do is ask those 2 users to try and connect to another hub and see if it works (to rule out a config problem on their end, which is the most likely scenario here).
