Ptokax hub problems

does anyone else have problems with ptokax scripts and the hub itself?, cause i have the following problem. the mean machine bot requires me to me an "master" in the OPs and Bans section, but only thing i can do is make my self as an OP, and next to my name and password appears "level" section which says 1, so how do i make self as an master so i can controll the bot
