I can not connect to the public hublists

Which hub software is the best? Where can I find script XXX? Discuss it here...(no, this is not for advertising your hub...)

I can not connect to the public hublists

It gives me a message:
*** Connecting to 127.0.0.2...

and after a couple seconds:

*** Connection refused by target machine

What's wrong? But If I put direct hub address through Favorite Hubs.
It is connected!
pleas Help. I tried everything according FAQs, but still ......
Pleas help.

Well you must be either using a proxy progam or have misconfigured your hub list location. 127.0.0.2 refers to your local computer, typically a proxy. Checked out the post at the top of this forum?
