low user counts

i'm having a problem with low user counts on my public hub lists

it started out where i opened the hub list and all of the hubs had 999 or less users, i ignored it, and tried a few days later, and to my surprise, all 1499 hubs had now less than 500 users displayed.

i checked today, and all listed hubs have less than 300 users.

anyone know whats going on, and how i can fix it?

It's done by the hublist.org administration purposely to give smaller hubs a chance. So you can't do anything about it except to use another hub list.

And of note is that the <500 user list is sent out twice every hour for 10 minutes each time, so the rest of the time you will receive a list with no limit.
