what program is it that alot people uses to send PM to everybody in a hub.. is that a client or so? would be really good to be able to ban thaht client or whatever program it is

How would knowing the name of the program enable you to ban it? Get the spammer ip-address, ban that. Simple.

ye well i was thinkinh of they were using some sort om dc client mod so u could ban that client. well well
and i am banning the spammers ip but there is always new ones, really annoying. but there isnt so much to do about it..

You can't ban a client, you can only disallow apperance and behaviour.
Everyone is supposed to download from the hubs, - I don´t know why, but I never do anymore.
