User Commands? The ones you get by right clicking various things in DC++?

Yes, but includes all kicks/bans etc. Not only those 3 basic..

It depends on what hubsoft you use. But perhaps this could be useful.

arh right now I follow, at first I thought he meant hubscript for mouse gestures (as in moving the mouse and so)...
