What is it ?

Increase min download block size to 65535

It has been increased in Reverse Connect from 20000 to 65535.
Does it have any influence on performance or segmented downloading ?

i think i have seen blocksize-question before. ,))
Everyone is supposed to download from the hubs, - I don´t know why, but I never do anymore.
