I'm trying and trying but I'm not so familiar with the prject, though I have had a violent crash course in it the last several days.
Just wanna remove the Bandwidth limiter feature out of the GUI and the code... I'd manage on my own if someone just could tell me what I need to uncomment/remove from projects/ and codesnippets I should be aware of.
I'm lost
just wanna get rid of it to keep and add other features.

Just out of the GUI? Edit the Advanced3Page (or similar) in the resource editor, and then the corresponding .cpp/h out of the windows\ project.
Getting rid of the underlying code will require more modifications - BufferedSocket, UploadManager, DownloadManager, and SettingsManager.

::EDIT
Working on .PhantomDC++ 0.301 not BCDC (tired)
As far as I understand the BW limiting seems a bit more sophisticated in .pDC?

I dunno, maybe twink changed the underlying code. It should be trivial to figure out which *Page.cpp the GUI code is in, and get rid of any code that touches the variables it uses in SettingsManager...

All I did was to bring forth the resource editor and the bandwidth resource window and marked avery control och searched for the IDs and uncommented the results, uncommented the #include bandwidthlimit.h in related files, then after som tests, deleted the bandwidthlimit.h/cpp and it successfully compiled and ran without any errors and ... without the BW choice (I might have done something more I don't recall). It feels kinda like I'm cheating 'cuz I'd like to clean the code from the BW related code, but I'm satisfied for now
