can i run the hub on my paid host server using linux?
if can, how can i do it?

You should check the hosting policy you agreed to to see whehter you can do this without endangering your hosting account.

If it is permissable, get and use http://opendchub.sourceforge.net/ (I don't have specifics of how it's used, I'm sure it's documented.)

but the hub script use perl which i don't know...
any hub that use vbscript and can run on linux?

I only know about linux based DC hubs that Google knows about - "Direct Connect Hub Linux." I think, in asking for a linux hub that uses VBScript, that you've set some expectations that will be impossible to meet.
