:D :D :D Yeeeees!
On 7th and 8th june 2003 polish people voted in referendum about polish accession to European Union.
The attendance was 58.85%
77.45% of those people said YES!
:D :D :D
That's great! I'm very happy :D

... so, soon (may 2004) Poland will be in EU :)

I don't see how it could affect our lives. The truth is, that our gov is crappy and people governing should change. Before that there will be no good in Poland. It doesn't really matter if we are in UE or not...

One more thing - i voted against.

Yeah, they may have voted in, but it means a lot more hassle, as they've got to conform to the euro laws, and they've not got a state pension scheme, which is going to have to be introduced now..
