Having problems with proxy/firewall tcp/ip protocols....

I can't log into any e-mail accounts but I can access the websites. I can't log onto MSN messenger but I can log onto any other messenger service.

It looks like it is trying to find a portal or proxy connection? Did I delete someting out of my registry??

Also when I ping telnet IP, it doesn't connect. Anyone know what might be wrong?? Help????
