Cutoff - File not found.

I'm using this CutOff thing for the rollback inconsitenc problem and now I'm getting thie error, in the CutOff program itself, it says File Not Found even tho I opened the thing and when I click Cut off it says file not found. :?: :?: :?: :(

CutOff doesn't work on files bigger than 2 gigabytes, if I recall correctly.
