Since they already let you use it with any application, why would they want to bundle with us? The GPL would likely get in the way.
HTTP Proxies, by themselves, will not be supported in DC++, as there's no way for them to handle UDP, which is needed for searching.

GargoyleMT, looks like you know what your talking about afterall.
hm, tobad if it is true that http proxyes can not do udp search,
i thought the use of Sockscap would solve that.
I also thought that http-tunnel.com supported UDP.
Anyways, the bundle is up to you, as http-tunnel.com
distributes an axtivex verttion of their technology, so it is open for
integration.

This will never be bundled / included with DC++ since its not essential.

Exactly. That said, nothing except license compatibility prevents someone from making their own repackaged DC++ installer with this http tunneling software in it.
