sorry if i make no sence but its pritty late here in new zealand at this time and i wanted to get the idea down before i forgot.
basicly it works by you download a bit from the person with the orginal and when you get that bit you start sharing it to others that want it so they dont have to wait inline. and when you get more bits from the orignal you get more bits to share aswell.
there will be some draw back with like .bin where youll have you download from only one user at a time. but with other files it will speed up the spread and slots free.
