Note details when I add item to download list

Is it possible to add a feature, that DC++ client would add a note what user shares the file, what hub we are currently at and what is his IP ???

His current IP? No, that's not likely to be added, because DC++ cannot do anything with his IP address.

Whenever you queue a file, the user's name is already noted in the Queue - it's how you connect and download from him.
