Nothing. DC++ will not download more than one file from the same user at the same time.

There are reasons to have two download "slots".

Ex: If you is downloading a file from the user and need his filelist again it would be handy to have two slots. If the file you are downloading is big you don't stand to wait untill it's finnished.

It would be nice if you allways can download a users filelist, even if you download from her/him.

If the file list is <64Kb, then you can.

You sure about that? I'm pretty certain DC++ won't open a new connection just for the filelist, if you're already downloading a file from that user. I've tried it more than once ;)

I'm going slowly insane and I can't read. I didn't realise that they were saying "while you are downloading from them". D'Oh!

Todi is correct. I'll be hiding in the corner if anyone wants me. :)

open the filelist.. from your stored filelists in the File-menu. Problem solved.
Everyone is supposed to download from the hubs, - I don´t know why, but I never do anymore.

Which of course works great unless you've restarted without saving the lists or the person you're downloading from just refreshed his list with a new file you especially wanted ;)

Hahaha, well, if we're constructing scenarios where this isn't needed (multiple connections is an existing feature request, btw), you could just use "search" for that one file and then you'd have it queued. ;)
