I was wondering...
I have a rather fast upload speed and most of the time, slow folks eat away my slots so that others cant use them for a long time.
It would be very cool to have an automatic feature that killed connections to users that fx was downloading from me with less than 5, 10, 15Kbps.
Should work the same as the one feature that kills connections to users that leaves the hub.

Settings > Sharing > Open an extra slot if speed is below X is a better solution.
Kill uploads if below X speed should never be built into DC++, IMO.
