Rehash of comment [ 549330 ] Comment field in favorites

Hello All,

I would like to bring up the issue of being able to add a comment to favourite users, this issue has been previously briefly discussed but the resolution has passed out of date <http://sourceforge.net/tracker/?group_id=40287&atid=427635&func=detail&aid=549330>

I think that being able to add a comment to users would be very useful in my case, especially when I am obtaining a specific file from that user.

The origional post included both favorite hub and user, since the hub descriptor is in place, I would like to propose a similar format for the user.
