DC++ Update Available Dialogue

Post by Aikon- » 2004-01-29 17:13

Something I've noticed that I think would be helpful is if, when you start DC++ and it determines that there is a new version available, and informs you of all the updates, that there was a button to automatically download and install the version, or at the very least, a button that takes you directly to the download page for the file...

IMHO

This is a good idea, but no forced automatic update please.

Another small fix.

Even if you can refresh filelist under file, its seems logical to place such a button in the share window.

This is not only a convenient feature, it would result in a faster overall users client update with regard to newly found malicious bugs I see no point not having it.
