PGP like function for file list downloads

It can be done , question is can you do it ?

With the curent atmosphere in DC it would be prudent to
have some control over WHO is able to view your list of
available downloads.

Having a PGP or a function like it to make your list
unveiwable to anyone without your "key" would be a good
step in personal protection , this function could also
be made optional(on / off) with regard to the hub your
in(Public / private) .

This function was not needed before , but due to recent
events in the community , and the probability that
these events will become more and more prevelant, I
beleive the time has come for implementation of this
type of privacy feature .
