Hi

it would be very useful to have a separate d/l list where you can have your needed files, but they start only when they are moved to the 'real' list - so if you find a file or music you really want, but you are topping your d/l speeds or just dont want it right now, you can add it to this list

Set the priority level to Paused.

I deleted your poll. It's a spectacularly bad way to try to get your feature coded.

You can also use priority levels and the "Download Slots" option in Settings.

Or use the "No new downloads if speeds exceed XX kb/s" option.

Plenty of ways to do it currently... I don't see a big advantage to your idea.
