often my upload slows my dnload too much. i made some tests and it slows my dnlaod by the half. so my suggestion is a speed limitator. i dont know if it could solve THAT problem but it solve another problem: my ISP charges me a lot if i bust my upload limit witch is only 5 gig a month.
i'm a newbe in programation but i dont understands why uploads slows dnload like that.
