Closing open windows with shift+left click

Post by Rambulas » 2003-11-21 15:22

instead of right clicking and then choose "close window", it's easier to close them by holding "shift" down while left clicking. This is possible in mIRC and it's very appreciated.

You understand what I mean?

Hello guys =)

Indeed, this request doesn't sound too important, but it really makes a change to the better. Those who don't get annoyed with how things are now can continue to close windows as they do now. But I think my suggestion implies a faster and smoother way to do it.

yes, shift+left click on the tab window. For those who got mIRC...try yourself. It's very convenient. open up 30 windows, and then hold down the shift key while you left click on them in the statusbar, they are closed very fast. Peace

Can you also add the functionality to close a tab while clicking the scrollwheel? This is the default way of closing tabs
