opens a extra slot to people to people in favorite user list

something like, it automatically opens an extra slot (like grant slot) to just that user on your favorites list type list when they want a file...

reasons for request:
cause sometimes granting slot doesnt work, or if it does, and the user you granted get disconnected, they dont get the slot back,
also opening a slot for someone doesnt work well, someone else could just grab that slot :/

been asked for plenty of times. Please search before requesting. The reasion (To My Knowledge) that it hasn't been added yet, is that Arnie likes nicely structured code, and hasn't been impressed with the code others have written to do this.
