"Get file list" from Finished Uploads

Well, yea. It seems it's the only place you can't right click and get the file list, send pm ect. I dunno if it's a bug or just something that hasn't been implemented cause the finished uploads window just got made (great addition by the way). But that would make my day, just to check that fakers arn't getting stuff from me.

It's that way because it was mostly just the same code as the finished downloads feature. I'll look into adding "Get file list" and "Add To Favorites" (another menu item someone suggested).
