choose a hublist to load

- Because sourceforge.net can't supply hublist anymore
we need to search over the net public hublist. I've seen that there're lot of these hublist everywhere but DC load the first one that is type in the public hublist url.

Possibly that will be nice to make a context menu appearing when clicking refresh button on public list frame and so, display all hublist url. Next we can choose one of these to load.

Does the "Refresh" button just retrieve the same list? I think Sarf mentioned that he modified it so that Refresh will act as a "Next List" button. Might be nice. Or not.

One hub list works for me.
