This would be a truly useful feature because: -
- You could see files that no longer have a user to download from.
- You could prioritise downloads for a user that just came on line.
If you won't/can't ... is the queue.xml file updated dynamically (as opposed to in memory) if so I could just run an XSLT on this for the same effect.

Well, you can change the Download Queue from the tree to the flat mode by using the checkbox at the bottom of the frame. Then you can sort on the Users column for some of the effects you want.

It should be written every ten seconds when it's dirty. (Quick check of the code, I could be wrong.)
