Well.. at first glance it looks like they're chargin for membership, which includes support on various p2p programs, not for actual download, or bundling of advertising or something. Didn't try it however. It's not really worse than what Red Hat/etc do with linux i guess. That being said, i'm sure many people are fooled to spend unnecessary money.
