Bugzilla + Fixes

Ok, this is what I've been doing in Bugzilla for issues with fixes in CVS:

1. Confirming the bug (marking it as Assigned is probably better)
2. Cleaning up the summary, severity, etc. as appropriate
3. Putting the next version number in the whiteboard

For lack of better reason, this should help people if they historically look in the bug tracker. Plus, one query should turn up all the bugs fixed in one release, so we can close them easily.
