The new DC++0.68 and 0.6811 are not Funny with the netlimiter inside:-(
To many users have the settings set on 0.005!!
So the fun of DC P2P isn't to fake your speed!
Al the users that now those versions using are kicking in the HUbs!!
Please make a newer version without the netlimiter!!!

There is no 'netlimiter'. It's just a text field sent to the hub that has a bunch of choices. The same users that don't touch that box would have their speed listed as 28.8 on older versions.

Maybe a better name for that field would help to avoid such misunderstanding, i guess the old name would do.
